Berlin Crisis Service
Provides professional assistance for issues including psychosocial crises and acute mental and psychiatric emergencies. Advice is free of charge and available 365 days a year around the clock. People in need of assistance can be helped personally, by phone, and in extreme situations on site at nine Berlin locations without an appointment.
Independent Patient Advice Services
Independent patient counseling is a non-profit organization and acts on behalf of the law (Section 65b of the Social Code, Book Five) to provide consumers and patients with quality-assured and free information and advice on health and health law issues. The aim is to strengthen patient orientation in the healthcare system and to identify problem areas in the healthcare system.
